At Fourth Wall, we strive to ensure that our members are satisfied with the content and resources we provide to provide a viable and affordable alternative to university education, and to help you deepen your understanding of software development in general. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your membership, we offer the following refund policy: Refunds are only applicable to first-time subscriptions. If you are a returning subscriber, refunds will not be offered unless there is a specific issue with accessing the service. Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of the initial subscription payment. Refunds will not be granted beyond this period. To request a refund, please email us at support@fourth-wall.org with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Once approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe, our payment provider. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you request a refund and have accessed a portion of the content during your subscription, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the unused portion of your subscription period. To avoid partial refunds being abused, we reserve the right to deny refund requests where all or substantially all content has been consumed. Partial refund requests will be manually reviewed before we grant them. Our goal is to ensure fairness for both users and the creators of the Fourth Wall content. If you encounter any technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Fourth Wall platform, please reach out immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
